Job Title Sr. Procurement Manager Job Description Summary: This position leads and manages client sourcing and contract administration across multiple accounts in facility management services. This position is highly visible within internal and external stakeholders. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: - Manage the Procurement relationship with Client, C&W Account Management, C&W Procurement Category Management, C&W Risk, C&W Legal, Suppliers, and other key stakeholders. - Analyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers, operations and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation. Develop and implement a procurement strategy based on the identified opportunities. - Develop and facilitate multiple eRFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results. - Provide evaluation and recommendation to Account Management. - Interpret contracts, negotiate with vendors and ensure appropriate contractual records retention. - Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs. - Advise management regarding contractual matters and engage in effective use of Legal and...
