Job Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Evaluate and conduct on-site assessments for new lines, product extensions and new equipment. - Evaluate and improve existing business tools to drive efficiency in the onboarding processes - Support commercialization activities - Monitor, track and report corrective actions and timing of follow ups from each assessment - Review copacker HACCP plans for compliance to Kraft Heinz External Manufacturers Food Safety & Quality Expectations manual - Communicate business risk to cross functional business partners - Schedule and lead Platinum Rule phone assessments - Communicate business risk to cross functional business partners - Factory, EM or Supplier Assessment (e.g., QRMP, Platinum/Golden Rules) or Audit Support Expected Experience & Required Skills: Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values. - Quality experience within food or CPG preferred - Plant quality experience in one or multiple food factories - Regulatory Compliance familiarity with USDA, FDA or CFIA preferred...
