Job Description About the Role: A Senior Analyst in our Enterprise Analytics team, is a key member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics team at Zendesk. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact analytics that drive strategic decisions across business functions. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, data analysis and engineering, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Hybrid Work Requirement: Candidates must live within a commutable distance of our Austin office to support onsite collaboration in this hybrid role. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to leadership in Operations, Sales, and Finance domains to identify business challenges and define data-driven solutions.
