Systems Engineer (Senior Level) – Stafford, VA: Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in technical support to Command and Control acquisition programs, for our customer in Stafford, VA. Duties include: - Develop and/or revise appropriate level acquisition engineering documentation (e.g. Systems Engineering Plans (SEP), Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Information Support Plan (ISP)) - Develop reports, briefs, and documentation related to programs in the portfolio - Conduct technical assessment and evaluation of Prime Contractor deliverables, architectures, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) - Drawings review and coordination for all ECPs and vendor development programs - Validation and readiness assessment of all program documentation required to submit ECPs for approval. - Support Engineering Team in development of ECPs and tracking of all ECPs from development to closure . - Develop Performance Specifications, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), and assist with the development of product and component level specifications - Support development of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) - Develop Technical Review Acti...
