Today, Fred Perry is a global community of over 370 employees, all inspired by the Laurel Wreath and what it represents PURPOSE: We’re looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Advisor to help shape how we find, engage and hire exceptional people who align with our purpose, mission and values. This role reports to our Talent Manager. You will manage the full hiring life-cycle for our London Office roles and support the recruitment for Retail positions across the UK, US & EU. Acting as a brand ambassador, sourcing exceptional talent and ensuring every candidate’s experience is fair, inclusive, and engaging. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Source and attract high-quality candidates using a mix of channels including direct attraction, job boards, social media, talent pools, networking and creative outreach strategies.
