We're looking for a hands-on leader who will take full ownership of our customer-facing sales teams - bringing both the structure to drive high performance, a genuine passion for developing people through hands-on coaching, and a relentless appetite for experimenting with new, innovative sales approaches and tools. As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across Car Loans, Personal Loans, and Novated Leasing, and for leading and developing our respective sales teams.
