Responsibilities: Provides patient care within an assigned department/unit Functions as a member of the health care team in collaboration with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee Adheres to the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse Performs all aspects of the nursing process: Assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care Follows established patient care standards set by Legacy Health System, including standards for patient assessment & patient transfer. Education: Experience: Skills: - As required by licensure. BSN or degree in progress strongly preferred.
