Responsible for entering and reviewing demographic information for the Virology and Serology departments in the LabWare laboratory information systems. Works with Data Entry and providers to resolve issues with incorrect entries. Includes reviewing or entering demographics for high priority specimens immediately when notified. Responsible for handling incoming telephone calls in the units. This includes taking messages and referring calls to various lab staff as needed.
