Overview: Pay: $22.34 /hr: Sign-on Bonus: $1000: Peer Trainer DSP provide challenging, meaningful activities that promote personal growth to adults with varying disabilities attending the Day Program. As the lead person on shift, this position ensures staff are properly trained and all required regulations are met including the incident management process and the proper delivery of all services.
