Candidate is competent to work on most phases of application life cycle, including creating support documentation, implementing simple software upgrades, and troubleshooting issues. Works with business owners and vendors to understand software functionality and workflows, including future developments and departmental growth. Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering software application limitations, operating time, and desired results.
