Everforth ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Senior AI Technical Architect/Developer to work remotely . We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Sr. AI Technical Architect/Developer to join our team and help drive the implementation and delivery of next-generation AI-driven solutions. As a ServiceNow AI Technical Architect/Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using ServiceNow’s Now Assist , AI Agents , and integrations with external Large Language Models (LLMs) . Salary Range: $205,000 - $265,000: General Description of Benefits: Qualifications: - Must be a US Citizen per the contract with the ability to obtain a Public Trust or DoD Secret level clearance or higher. - Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Must be able to architect and develop solutions leveraging ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents to automate complex business processes. - 3+ years of experience in AI implementation , including practical application of Generative AI and configuring AI-driven workflows. - 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in ITSM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, and/or equivalent. - Demonstrated experience working with AI an...
