Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Jefferson Community Center - Seattle, WA 98108Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $23.00 - $26.45 HourlySummer Day Camp Lead Counselor Associated Recreation Council, in partnership with Seattle Parks & Recreation, is currently looking for individuals who wish to actively support their communities while having fun and help provide a great experience for children ages 5-12. Our summer day camps provide a fun, creative, safe, and welcoming environment for children to learn, play, and grow. We are hiring for Summer Day Camp Lead Counselor positions for our Summer Day Camp programs taking place in community centers across Seattle. These are summer seasonal, non-exempt, up to 40 hr/week positions. LOCATIONS: South Seattle: Jefferson Community Center Rainier Community Center Rainier Beach Community Center Van Asselt Community Center SCHEDULE: This is a seasonal position. The hours for summer day camp are Monday-Friday between 7:00am-6:00pm (up to 35-40hrs) until Aug 27, 2025 Must attend 4 days of mandatory training on June 16th, 17th, 18th and 20th.
