Overview As a member of our Citrix Engineering team, you will own, maintain, and support high-volume, large-scale, highly available virtual application and desktop platforms used by traders, analysts, operations, and other corporate users in a fast-paced, global trading environment. This role will challenge you to find new ways to optimize our multi-site global Citrix environment to improve performance and user experience, applying strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving skills. In this role, you will: - Design, implement, manage, and support a global, on-premises Citrix infrastructure - Provide direct support, response, and troubleshooting as issues arise - Work closely with business and technology teams to understand how technology enables our trading and help implement new solutions or scale existing solutions - Develop automation and observability tools to manage and monitor our dynamic and growing environment What sets this role apart: - Collaboration is central to this role.
