RESPONSIBILITIES: - Competitive wage - Company paid health and dental benefits - Paid vacation and productivity bonus - Opportunity for career stability and growth - Tuition reimbursement program - Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed - On the job training - Perform and document required safety checks on all cranes, welding machines, and tools at the start of each shift and continuously throughout the workday. - Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, weld symbols, and fabrication layouts to plan work activities. - Select, order, receive, and inspect materials; utilize materials efficiently and responsibly. - Perform TIG, MIG, flux-core, sub-arc, spot, and seam welding in accordance with company standards and applicable codes. - Conduct hand grinding, finishing, and polishing to required specifications. - Monitor and inspect own work for quality and compliance; consult with Plant Superintendent and/or Quality Control when clarification is needed. - Complete all required production, quality, and project documentation accurately and timely. - Advise and support other fabrication personnel as necessary. - Consistently meet or exceed custo...
