Credit & Collections Analyst

Job description

Reporting to the Global Accounts Receivable Manager, this role requires a professional and experienced Credit Controller working within a wider team, responsible for cash collection across multiple global regions for local and International customers. You will be working to maximise cash flow, whilst minimising the bad debt risk and maintaining significant external relationships. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers, empowered to make day to day decisions in connection to the portfolio of accounts, which does not introduce an increased risk to Biocair. Responsible for the daily management and processing of cash allocations for your customers, across various currencies, in line with agreed timelines ensuring accurate postings are made. Invoicing, cash chasing and reconciliation of customer ledgers within your regions. As well as credit checking and onboarding of new customers. Monthly calls with Global AR Manager and Sales Team to review and escalate and customer queries.
