We are seeking a Workforce Case Manager with strong data management skills and hands-on experience using the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) . In this role, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance standards, and support clients through structured case planning and employment services. - Perform thorough intake and eligibility assessments while accurately entering and updating all client information in CWDS - Maintain complete, timely, and compliant case files, ensuring all required documentation, case notes, and service entries are recorded in CWDS - Develop individualized employment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with clients - Track client progress, outcomes, and service activities using CWDS reporting tools - Provide ongoing support, coaching, and referrals to training programs, education partners, and community resources - Coordinate with employers, training providers, and partner agencies to support job placement and retention - Review data regularly to ensure accuracy, identify gap...
