The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. IW’s Policy Analyst (for Family Policy) is responsible for following, analyzing, researching, writing, and speaking on policies related to child care, paid leave, and broader family policy issues for IW. She will produce thoughtful policy content that builds support for flexible, family-centered policy solutions that expand choice and affordability without significant government expansions.
