What You'll Do: - Manage and update key reports like the open order and purchase order follow-up reports—ensuring information is always accurate and actionable. - Confirm and expedite orders daily to ensure on-time deliveries. - Collaborate with Merchandisers, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and CRM’s (sales) to identify and resolve any issues quickly. - Communicate directly with suppliers to maintain alignment and reinforce our high standards. - Coordinate inbound freight schedules and maintain delivery logs (as applicable by loc...
