Community Liaison (PACE)

Job description

QUALIFICATIONS: - Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing prospect opportunities in the community; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating our marketing calendars. - Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing enrollment statistics. - Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with HPMS guidelines - Keep inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt of items. - Supports intake/enrollment staff by generating leads for potential enrollments - Plans meetings, health/community fairs or events, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. - Stays up to date with the HPMS Marketing Guidelines - Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. - Attend weekly staff meetings to educate intake/enrollment staff on upcoming marketing events - Annual education to all PACE Staff on marketing regulatory chan...
