Position Purpose: As the Senior Analyst, Digital Content , you will be the driving force behind digital content on homedepot.com. You will lead a team of data coordinators to ensure that all product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for our website. This role is crucial for maintaining content quality and improving the customer experience. What you'll do: - Lead a team: Guide and manage a team of offshore data coordinators. - Optimize processes: Create, implement, and optimize processes for collecting, updating, and maintaining digital content using data driven decisions. - Cross-functional partnership: Partner with brand advocates and other internal teams to coordinate the collection and updating of digital content. - Ensure data integrity: Oversee the content lifecycle, from gathering to maintenance, and troubleshoot data issues with cross-functional technology teams.
