What you’ll do: Reporting to the Division Manager, Food & Liquor, the Food Store Manager is responsible for coordinating and directing all aspects of store operations including grocery, produce, meat, bakery and deli, while maintaining a profitable department, high quality products and superb customer service levels You will be responsible for the engagement of, effectively communicating with, and managing, your team including but not limited to; scheduling, approving payroll, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and development with an emphasis on safety.
