Job DetailsJob Location: Duluth Entertainment Convention Center - Duluth, MN 55802Salary Range: $16.00 - $28.00 HourlyTitle Catering Server Hourly Wage: Hourly wage + Gratuities Average of $16.00- $28.00 per hour Summary/Objective: Servers are the operators of the catering department! They are responsible for efficiently running the catering operations during an event, from set up, to serving, to clean up. Requirements & Competencies: There are no minimum education requirements for this position Respond courteously and promptly to customer needs Ability to ensure a high level of customer service Ability to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events Ability to move quickly throughout the complex when an event(s) is located in multiple areas of the building or a supply run is required Excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred Education and Experience: Serving experience: Essential Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.)
