Title: Senior Urban Designer Urban Design at KBR: We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Urban Designer to join our busy team in Melbourne with an opportunity to work closely with the landscape architecture team and play a key role in growing the urban design offer in Melbourne. As a key member of the team you will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects across our business sectors including transport, water, and defence You will collaborate with a large multi-disciplinary team and contribute to creative solutions that yield award winning outcomes. Your role will include (but not be limited to): Work closely with the landscape architecture and other design disciplines to assist on the development and delivery of active projects. - Accurate provision of design analysis as well as input, advice and expertise on urban design projects to deliver design services to key city shaping projects. - Effective management of sub-consultants preparing feasibility studies, context analysis, masterplan/open space strategies and precinct plan development. - Accurately apply knowledge of local council and state government and federal strategies and guidelines as they relate to urban d...
