Work Shift Day Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: This job supports Mercy's philosophy of patient centered care by leading and managing a physician's clinic and establishing clinic goals and performance standards to reach positive patient outcomes. Job Description: Job Duties: - Provides management oversight of clinics with multiple providers and/or multiple locations including clinics with extended hours of operation, specialty clinics, or urgent care locations. - Resolves immediate issues in administrative areas (Information Services, Patient Billing, Human Resources) and ensures compliance with regulations, policies and procedures in a timely manner. - Prepares and monitors clinic payroll per policy. Oversees employees' time card maintenance and absence requests. - Maintains a quality improvement program in coordination with Director and other practice sites. - Monitors compliance with marketing and patient satisfaction strategies. - Reports practice performance to the Director, identifying operational efficiencies or areas for improvement.
