Position: Regional Support Specialist FSLA Status: Exempt: Dept./Location: Pipestone System: Supervisor: Production Supervisor: Approval Date: 12/2020: Supervises: none: Manager Level: non-MGR: Salary Range: 42,000-49,000: Objective: Providing farm labor, train and develop employees skillset to assigned unit for maximum production, safety, efficiency, and profitability. Provide and develop individual leadership and skillset in all areas of the sow farm.
