Sales Manager, Engage, Central Eastern Europe, GCS (Multiple Languages)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 11 years of experience with sales in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, or business development agencies. - Experience in people management. - Experience building a book of business within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and market. - Ability to communicate in English and any one CEE language (Czech, Ukrainian, Romanian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Estonian, Latvian or Greek) fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building relationships with internal and external executive-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context. - Experience managing business teams. - Experience in digital media. - Ability to own business team operations, including portfolio management, team building, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) measurement and execution.
