Job Purpose: BTIG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and enhancements of trading-specific technology platforms that power our trading business infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of trading, technology, and fintech, driving high-impact initiatives across OMS/EMS, execution platforms, algorithmic trading, and market connectivity. This is a hands-on role where you will operate as the strategic bridge between trading strategy and technology execution. You will manage multiple concurrent, high-visibility projects for the trading desk, make day-to-day decisions on scope and priorities, and work directly with external vendors and internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance BTIG’s competitive position in electronic markets. The ideal candidate combines strong project and stakeholder management skills with a practical understanding of how trading technology is built and runs in production – including basic networking concepts, infrastructure components, and system environments.
