Responsibilities: - Support HR leadership in executing daily HR operations aligned with business needs - Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across assigned business units - Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied - Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide hiring strategies - Support and drive talent development initiatives, including coordinating training programs, facilitating learning activities, and promoting continuous employee development aligned with business needs - Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement effective training and development plans to enhance individual and team performance - Assist in implementing and managing performance review cycles - Support managers in goal setting, performance evaluation, and development planning - Handle employee queries and support conflict resolution - Provide guidance to business leaders on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters - Support disciplinary actions and investigations where required Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Busi...
