The Guinness Partnership has a new opportunity for an Estates Services Officer to join our team on a full‑time, 6-month fixed-term basis to lead our Estates and Grounds Maintenance operations across the West London area. As an Estates Services Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating and scheduling the delivery of cleaning, gardening, and grounds maintenance services. You will ensure that all activities are delivered within agreed budgets and in full compliance with Health and Safety, COSHH, and PPE legislation. You will work closely with residents on site to identify service improvement opportunities, ensure repairs are reported, oversee the removal of fly‑tipping and graffiti, and raise safeguarding alerts where required. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all allocated equipment, fleet vehicles, materials, and consumables are supplied, used, and maintained in line with organisational policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
