Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview): As the Solution Train Architect, your day will center on defining, evolving, and driving execution of the end-to-end solution architecture that enables multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver integrated, mission-ready capabilities. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery ensuring architectural intent is clear, actionable, and consistently executed across the Solution Train. What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities): Collaborate with Solution Management, Solution Train Engineer (STE), portfolio leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure solution architecture aligns to: Strategic themes and epics, portfolio and solution intent MCEN operational and mission needs, translate high-level strategy into clear architectural guidance, roadmaps, and guardrails that ARTs can execute against. Make deliberate trade-off decisions balancing mission outcomes, technical feasibility, risk, and long-term sustainability.
