Overview The Manager, Talent Solutions (Support Staffing) will join an established team of legal recruiters as part of Consilio’s Support Staffing team. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, exhibit a strong commitment to client service, and have the ability to collaborate with teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Manager, Talent Solutions is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, vetting, and professionally developing candidates. Responsibilities: The Manager, Talent Solutions (Support Staffing) is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and vetting candidates. Team members in this role are also responsible for building candidate rosters, networking in the legal community, and assisting the Client Solutions team in the fulfillment of orders.
