Job Summary: Job Description: Overview: The Public Works Program Administrator provides overall management for the budgeting, scheduling, project or program management, and construction of public works projects and other capital-intensive projects to meet future service demands and regulatory requirements. Oversees, administers, and manages department, operations, personnel activities, and budget. Essential Functions: Review and approve expenditures related to professional service fees, supplemental agreements and change orders Review consultant's design plans for constructability and conforming to City of Dallas standards before advertisement for bids. Monitor projects status to ensure they are going to council for professional services and Master Service Agreement awards as scheduled.
