The Role: We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the financial planning function across our fast-paced, multi-site retail business. You will lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reporting, forecasting and insights that support strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with the CFO, Executive team and key stakeholders, you will drive financial performance through robust planning, analysis and continuous improvement of processes and systems.
