Overview Under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor or designee is responsible for providing social work services in assisting in the resolution of social and emotional problems through appropriate psychosocial assessment and discharge planning for those referred patients on an inpatient medical, surgical, or pediatric unit, or ambulatory care setting. Posting Internally from July 10 – July 18 Responsibilities: -Carry an active caseload of patient/families as stipulated by departmental policies. - Establishes and maintains positive relationships with patients, visitors and other employees. Interacts professionally, courteously, and appropriately with patients, visitors and other employees.
