As a Clinical Review Specialist, you will be responsible for completing chart audits and other functions that monitor, improve, and enforce compliance and Quality Assurance standards. You’ll collaborate with local and corporate teams to identify training needs, guide process improvements, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations—all while supporting exceptional hospice care delivery. As a Clinical Review Specialist, You Will: Conduct proactive, recurring audits to support company infrastructure. Review and analyze documentation in HomeCareHomeBase (HCHB), making recommendations to improve accuracy and compliance. Quantify documentation quality and guide local management in targeted improvement strategies. Adhere to quality assurance, compliance, and departmental plans. Identify skill gaps among hospice agency staff and work with management to arrange appropriate training. Prepare reports and data analysis to support quality improvement initiatives.
