Installation Project Manager - Waunakee, WI

Job description

PURPOSE: A Window & Door Install Project Manager (IPM) ensures contract and installation accuracy through verbal and written communication with customers and employees. This includes site visits, measuring, recording, ordering, and confirmations on all aspects of the post-sale window department process. PAY/SCHEDULE: As for compensation, this role has a base plus bonus structure. The base salary would be $75k plus bonus which is based off of several metrics including the accuracy of your measures for the job and customer experience. Your morning will typically start around 6:30 - 7AM Monday - Friday and you will be prepping and loading up the proper windows and other materials needed to complete the scheduled jobs for that day. Each week you will be assigned about 20 site visits that can include tech measures, project evaluation, or even helping with installing windows. Day typically finishes at 3:30pm. 50% travel required in and around Dane County and the other 50% is at our Waunakee office - 1001 Frank H Street in Waunakee, WI 53597. - We service south central WI and Northern Illinois.
