ABOUT THE ROLE: Snowflake is seeking an People Partner to support our Engineering organization across key European hubs. In this role, you’ll partner with business and people leaders to drive core people initiatives, support talent and organizational development, and act as a trusted partner across a dynamic and growing team. This role will be based in Berlin, Germany and is a hybrid position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build strong partnerships with Engineering leaders to support talent strategy, org design, and team health. Coach managers and provide day-to-day HR guidance, including performance management and development planning. Collaborate with internal HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver consistent and effective HR programs.
