As the Head of Department, you will lead and manage the service delivery of the administrative team who are committed to delivering the highest quality administrative outcomes in a supported environment. You will manage the following areas: reception, outpatient bookings, medical records and the local teams telephony functionality. The role will involve engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including patients, clinical professionals and Heads of Department and staff. Key objectives are to deliver a strong customer focused service across all the areas of responsibility, plus contributing to the overall improvement of patient experience across the hospital.
