Title and Summary: Director, People Business Partner, Vocalink Limited Overview: - Provides People & Capability (P&C) excellence for Vocalink Limited, a regulated business via the Bank of England - Partners with business leaders to advance the business and drive performance and works in alignment with the Vocalink people strategy - Works with Centres of Expertise (COEs) and the Global Business Service Centre (GBSC) to ensure programs, processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and managed Responsibilities: - Delivers a people strategy that supports business priorities and growth strategies - Partners with business leaders on change management initiatives that support the...
