Customer Services Data Product Owner with Data Engineering Skills Description -: Job Summary: - This role is responsible for data collection procedures, including accurate and relevant data for machine learning models, extracting and analyzing data from the primary and secondary database. The role ensures data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing and data validations. The role performs root-cause analysis and recommends or executes corrective actions when data related system problems occur. The role provides quantitative rationale for executing customer and product strategies and tactics. The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
