Assembly Advisement Workplace Coach Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Senior Manufacturing Workplace Coaches - Assembly Advisement (Level 4) to support the Fabrication Skill Enhancement Center team located in Portland, Oregon. This position is for manufacturing/fabrication Workplace Coaches with knowledge/experience in all or some of the following: Complex Assembly, Transmissions Assembly, Machining, Processing, and Actuation Systems to include Production Certifications, Production Systems, and other general shop fabrication/assembly practices at the Boeing Portland/Gresham Site. Position Responsibilities: Utilizes manufacturing and assembly experience in one or more of these areas; mechanical, fluids/pneumatics, electrical integration, composites fabrication, composites assembly, machine operations for coaching, performance improvement and problem solving in support of the Boeing Production System Analyzes and interprets performance and quality data to identify and mitigate the impact of changes on the production system.
