Fosters the development of leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills. Works collaboratively with laboratory managers and directors to identify the learning needs of staff to provide educational activities, which meet the needs of staff and achieve expected patient and/or family care outcomes Employs a variety of interactive teaching strategies.
