JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring a successful day-to-day operation of all Entertainment venues, shows, and events at Universal Kids Resort. Provides support and technical skills to ensure show quality and a positive Guest experience. Partners across Entertainment to communicate show or safety issues and ensures safety of self, Guests, and other Team Members by following Universal standards and procedures. Conducts daily venue startups and assessments, operates technical components, and performs routine preventative, diagnostic and corrective maintenance on a variety of platforms to include show control, communications, wireless audio systems, lighting, video, digital projection and similar. Reports technical issues to leadership in a timely manner to ensure show readiness. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the operation of technical components within the assigned venue or event including but not limited to the operation of lighting, audio, show controls and special effects in a live show situation.
