Summary: Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the Senior Shift Supervisor, provides high level operational leadership across a large mining and tailings operation consisting of approximately 800 heavy equipment operators working on haul trucks, dozers, excavators, graders, and support equipment. This role oversees approximately 4 Shift Supervisors and 28 Team Leaders (Field Leaders,) ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution of daily production activities.
