SUMMARY: The Manager, HC Workforce Technology & Analytics will be an integral role within Welltower’s Human Capital team. This role leads the design, integration, and evolution of our people systems ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, and workforce planning platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of workforce data, enabling reliable reporting and analytics, and aligning workforce actuals with planning models. The role will support data-driven decision-making across Human Capital, Finance, and business leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own the day-to-day operations, compliance, reporting, and functionality of entire HC technology ecosystem, including but not limited to UKG, UTM, Anaplan, Workvivo, Payfactors, and Perceptyx. Serve as the HC lead on other shared ownership systems: JIRA, Concur, and Fidelity. - Define system architecture, including upstream/downstream data flows and system boundaries. - Partner with IT and Software Engineering to design and maintain integrations across HC technology that align with overall Welltower technology strategy. - Ensure all systems are administered in compliance with regulations.
