Job Title EHS Manager (Data Centre Operations) Job Description Summary Job Description: Operations: Support to clients SLA and KPI performance requirements Support client related reporting, weekly, monthly quarterly Support the implementation of HSEQ policies, systems, and procedures across account sites. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and client requirements. Assist in the preparation and review of SWMS, risk assessments, and safety documentation. Provide coaching and support to site teams, subcontractors, and workers on safe work practices. Contribute to incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action management. Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training to build a strong culture of safety. Maintain accurate safety records and reporting for project management and clients. Provide direction and leadership of the site operations teams in relation to all Health and Safety systems and processes, including effective hiring, motivation, development, training and discipline of the site operation and maintenance organization, as part of the leadership team.
