CLINIC SERVICES: Promotes and maintains health of individuals, families and community through appropriate preventative and rehabilitative measures. Provides comprehensive nursing in Immunization clinic, Refugee Clinic, Integrated Clinic (Family Planning/Title X), and Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic. These services include childhood and adult immunizations, growth, and development monitoring, assessing of vital signs, counseling, health screening, health education, referrals, and follow-up of the referrals, maintaining quality records in the clinic or community setting and collecting of laboratory specimen.
