About the Team The New Verticals team is all about expanding DoorDash beyond Restaurants, and helping deliver anything our Customers want. New Verticals powers delivery across Grocery, Convenience, Retail, and Alcohol while also building software products for our Dashers, Merchants and Consumers. Our Central Strategy & Operations Operations team has three major mandates to effectively onboard merchants, fulfill every order with speed & accuracy and improve our logistics network - across all New Verticals. About the Role: We are looking to bring on a Senior Associate to sit within our Logistics Strategy & Operations team. You will work on developing solutions that improve the way we deliver heavy and oversized (Big & Bulky) items to customers. You will pull operational levers that make it easier for Dashers to accept and fulfill these orders, and work with the Retail team to expand the selection of heavy and oversized items available to customers.
