Position Description Immediately Hiring and Seating a Full Time Class A CDL Shuttle Driver and we want the right Transfer Driver to join us at Ryder in Charlotte, North Carolina All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities We have all the benefits other carriers do without the wait! - Driver Positions Pay Weekly - Hourly Pay: $19.00 Per Hour - Overtime Pay $28.50 Per Hour over 40 - Hours Per Week: 40 + hours per week - All Training is Paid Hourly Rate - Home Time: Local - Home Daily - Shift: Morning Dispatch Every Day - 6:30am start time - usually no more than 400 miles in a day, some exceptions NC, SC, and VA based on the need - Route: Shuttle Equipment between Ryder Customer Facilities - Freight: No Touch - Empty Trailers for Equipment Shuttle Transfer Movement - UNIFORMS & BOOT ALLOWANCE - Paid Time Off Starts Accruing at Day 1 with 80 hours in 1st year - Medical, Dental, Vision Start at 30 Days - Immediate 401k rollover and contributions with company match at one year - Ryder Drivers are Captain of their Ship – we trust and support OUR DRIVERS to make Driving Condition Decis...
