What’s the role?: As a Project Manager at Westpac, you’ll deliver assigned projects that support regional and Group priorities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Westpac Pacific, you’ll apply Westpac’s enterprise project management frameworks to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and embedded into business‑as‑usual. This is a full-time, up to 24 month fixed-term opportunity based in Sydney, where international travel to PNG/Fiji would be required. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: - Deliver projects end‑to‑end within agreed scope, time, cost, quality, and risk. - Apply Group governance and enterprise methodologies, including PEFm and SELC. - Define clear scope, outcomes, and benefits aligned to strategy. - Manage budgets, estimates, forecasts, and vendor financial performance. - Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues as required. - Engage and influence stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum. - Lead and coordinate project resources and transition outcomes to the business. - Capture learnings to continuously improve delivery practic...
